Had a great experience at aspen dental today! Everybody was very professional and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner! Tammie checked me in and made me feel very welcomed. My dental assistant “Essence” was friendly and very attentive and professional and made me feel good about my first time being there! Dr. Scott assessed my mouth and made a great decision and extracted my tooth quickly and efficiently. The office manager, Justice helped me efficiently work through my treatment plan and future dental work I need to get done. She also answered any questions or concerns I had very clearly. Any staff that I passed on my way in and out spoke to me and were very friendly! Nothing but a great experience

I was forced to use this office due to the limitations of my dental insurance. Every experience I had with them was negative. Their office staff is very rude and lack the basic operational skills to successfully schedule patients and handle billing. Their level of customer service is the lowest I have ever seen in a doctors office, the staff is rude and condensing to nearly all patients. They have very predatory practices when it comes to dental care, they focus on the upsell of dental procedures at the expense of sound dental advice. Their pricing tends to be somewhat higher than the other dentists in the area. When I had a crown done with them, they had me drive to their office twice after confirming the appointment only to turn me away saying they didn't have the supplies once and the staff the second to perform the procedure. For someone who works, this is a very frustrating situation. Today although I was an existing client, they acted as though I were a new client and let me know they could only take a certain amount of patients with my insurance. Not only that is they would not commit to me leaving their office with at least a temporary solution to a broken tooth due to being understaffed. They only told me this after they had billed me for the full visit as if I had no insurance. I would strongly discourage anyone who has options to look elsewhere, I am personally at a point where paying out of pocket to go to a more experienced dentist with a competent staff is a better option than playing the lottery to see if Aspen will take my insurance.

Absolutely the WORST. I took them because of late apps due to my out of town job. Twice they called to come in early after I explained I can't leave my job. Today I wasted gas, came in early, sat for an hour as the receptionist didn't explain they were short staffed. Plus they live up to their reputation of double-billing insurance, that I had to resolve, AND they "forget" to explain right as you sign up for their 30% interest financing, you're getting CHARGED BEFORE the procedure is done!! I'm now $68 in the hole!!! Low class scammers, lousy service. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY RIP YOU OFF.

Had back to back appointments with my girl friend to support her due to having severe dental anxiety. We were told when we got there that her appointment has been cancelled due to not having verbal confirmation the day before the appointment. We both received MULTIPLE texts to confirm through a link, which we did. We also received two phone calls each, one of which on the day before. My girl friend confirmed electronically and verbally a few days before, but they did not take note of her confirmation. Therefore when we got there, we were told her appointment had been cancelled. I cancelled my own appointment right then and there. If you cannot confirm electronically then don't send the texts, and maybe don't require confirmation the DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT.

Where do I start? Started going to Aspen dental in 2020. This was the first provider I experienced. They did a bridge they put entirely too much space between the bridge and my gums. That bridge cost me $3200!!! Pulled a tooth and I felt 70% plus of the pain. He did not even care to x-ray me to see if there was an infection beforehand. They ended up firing that guy and even told me in 🚫Private🚫 that he was committing malpractice and to shhh. So I let the next dentist work on my bridge and finish it. So a year or two later I go to the new providers at aspen dental and get a filling. The lady bent the needle when she stuck it in my mouth. Then tried to say it was after the fact, even though it hurt like hell and it usually never hurts, just a pinch. the Dentist comes in and fills my tooth. I have pain in that filling for the next couple of weeks and it goes away. I also noticed that there is a small hole that isn’t filled but I pay no mind because of no pain... That was earlier this year. I went to a cosmetic dentist in hburg and now I have to get a 2 crowns and an implant-because aspen dentists are INCOMPETENT. They have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. I WILL NEVER return to this place and if you’re smart, you will never give them your money. I should’ve sued them when I had the chance, still looking into it.
