Although it did take a while for me to be able to book my appointment because of the Groupon (but, hey, it says not to wait, and I did, so there weren't many appointments left), the massage itself was so lovely. It was a very good experience. Highly recommend! *Be aware that they moved locations recently. I went to the location I noted when I scheduled the appointment because I didn't realize they had moved. However, when I called and then ended up being late for my appointment because I had to go to the new office, I was still able to get my full 1 hour massage.
I wish I could tell everyone about this place! I've been to many "fancy" spas where they try to up-sell me on things and go over cumbersome forms that take up time within the massage period. Sharonda keeps it simple in a great way and also this is maybe the best massage I've ever had... so much so that I scheduled monthly appointments! It's the only time that someone has actually really focused on my neck and shoulders, weirdly. The massages are also very affordable, which helps me make this a regular habit (and not an occasional treat). I will note that reading some of the one-star reviews... I think that it's important to keep in mind that this is a one-person small business (just Sharonda, as far as I know). That means that there's not a receptionist to take calls, but I've never had a problem with Sharonda being on time (in fact, she seems to run appointments like clockwork!). And also, I did need to reschedule once, and I had no issues. I go every month.
Very nice lady. Very good massage. Only took off 1 star for convenience of appointment. Groupon only on weekdays during work hours. It finally worked out. 😊
I whish i could do no star for this place. Called the spa several times to make an appointment as soon as I got their special through Groupon, never got a call back to be able to schedule an appointment. Came by and the lady was unfriendly and told me the only appointment available was for a month later. Coupon would be expired by than, she said that I will be able to use it but will need to pay the difference 🤣 what’s the whole point of getting it through Groupon??? Did not make me feel welcome and or appreciated. Obviously she did not care about getting a new client to become a member. Will for sure go back to Envy!
