We’ve just returned from our best family vacation ever! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Okinawa and Tokyo, Japan. From the flights to our hotel accommodations, Helen provided valuable input, guidance and support that gave us peace of mind and allowed for a wonderful experience. Helen and Ellen were fantastic. The kept us abreast of any changes to our Travel itinerary to Kaua'i. If you're going on vacation and need an agent, I highly recommend this Travel agency!
The trip was relaxing. Just beware that the Amstar excursion personnel will try to push you into a time share to receive a discount for excursions: ATV, tequila tasting, sunset cruises, etc. The resort is :30 minutes from the city and you will either have to Uber or Taxi to get to the city to see the sights. The resort offered various activities such as water volleyball, water aerobics , archer, and cycling. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the grounds, but with an upgrade you could have a pool side room. As our trip ended, we decided to sit on the timeshare seminar to receive passes to the sunset cruise that was offered. Pics attached.
Excellent customer service. Amazing resort. Twin Connection Travel took care of every aspect of my vacation. They were professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed by their attention to detail. I recommend their services to anyone planning a trip.
Our experience was good. The flight was flawless and on time. Friendly Delta airline staff. Upon arrival the shuttle was timely and the ride was ok. The resort greeted us and was friendly. The language was a bit of a bearer. Once we got checked in, the room smelled; once we could get the maid service and front desk to come, they removed the rugs and mopped the room. The itinerary of resort activities was not provided; the resort pushed the excursion more so.
