Switched Dentist due to my old one being in Plano and I live in Dallas. From walking into the door and leaving, everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. 10/10 service and very glad I was able to find this office and will be recommending friends.
I really like the office, very modern with a travel theme in the waiting room. I received Botox, teeth whitening and teeth cleaning here and was very pleased. The doctor was patient and treated me with care. She answered all of my questions and the staff was very friendly. I like that they have headphones so you can stream during the procedure it made me very comfortable. Great vibes. Would definitely recommend.
My experience was 10/10. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental chair, were friendly, transparent, gently, personable, and informative. They have TV and headphones to help ease your experience. I’m historically very anxious about the dentist, but the Trinity Dental Loft staff were very helpful and calming. My hygienist, Ms. Kim, was the best human I’ve ever met. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I was very pleased with my visit at Trinity Dental Loft. Very welcoming and comfortable environment. Professional and experienced staff . Dr James is very caring and patient. Dr James will explain everything in depth about your oral health.
