I would have given 0 star if it was an option. Please do not waste your time or money. Tammy was angry, rude, not very professional with no compassion if you ask me. I had never been to her shop and will certainly never go there again. I found Tammy on Google search… called to make an appointment. She asked me to send $45 right away to book the appointment which I gladly did. She said it included consultation. Upon arrival I basically consulted with myself because she did not give any advise on what haircut would suit my face as she said she would. She very rudely and unprofessionally asked me to find a hair cut, show it to her, and she’ll do exactly that. I complied and did exactly that. What I showed her was not remotely close to what she did on my head. She basically shaved off my hair leaving less that 1/4inch of hair on my head and dyed it brown. Before she was done she asked me to send $90 more as I came in late so technically forfeited my deposit. At the time I was going through an emotional roller coaster so said nothing and sent the money. She basically charged me $135 for shaving off my hair … and this was in 2022. If it were today I bet I would have paid $200 haha. I would have been better off going to a barber shop! It would have cost me less and I’m pretty sure the results would have been much much better and less depressing. If you want a place to call home for your hair, trendz by Tammy is certainly NOT the place. Don’t waste your time.
This lady is very rude, please don’t use her services. I can’t believe she still in business. Me and two other clients said the same thing. 1. She charges before she does your hair. 2. She’s not professional at all 3. If you ask her a question she answers as if you bothering her. Worst salon I’ve ever been too. I wish I could’ve recorded how she talk to people coming in her salon. This salon should’ve been closed down.
Definitely was unsatisfied with the service provided here. They were understaffed and unable to accommodate the hairstyle I asked for. My edges were not laid, even after asking to use Edge Tamer. The back of my hair did not match the front. Tammy cut the hair too short and could not mimic a previous style of mine. I was very disappointed that I had to go home and do my hair over myself. She also charges ridiculous prices for everything from a trim to a scalp scratch instead of having one set package price. I would not recommend!
My experience at the shop was good so far, this is my my second time going to get to get my hair done, I have not had a bad experience with Tammi, I think she does a great job. My haircut was cut the way I wanted it, and it looked good.
