A beautiful venue overall and spacious with gorgeous features fitting for your special event. However, there was a significant incident that occurred after the event I attended, where it was claimed that a piece of equipment had been stolen and as such, the security deposit would be retained by the company. If not for some guests walking around and locating the supposedly stolen item, they would have kept the whole security deposit. If booking this venue, or any other, I would want to be assured of their procedures to ensure that they keep good inventory prior to the commencement of the event as well as at the end to help avoid making false accusations. Also, it should be incumbent on them to evidence any supposed losses or damages. Aside from this, many of the chairs and accompanying seat pads, weren't attached to the chairs, some had zips missing etc. That's just something to be aware of if you're concerned about such details. The women's restroom was in a good state at the beginning, but a lot of the floor was covered in water by the end of the event. Perhaps it would be good to have cleaning staff on hand to prevent such hazards and help maintain a good standard of cleanliness.
Don't use this place. Your guest will not have a good experience, I’m attending an event here for the 9th time within the last five years. It's always the same story with their air condition. My niece used the place for her engagement; it was a mess, and everyone was sweating with heat—no concrete explanation from their management. Don't waste your money.
I was highly impressed first time here. I went for an ADAB International Women's Day 2023 event and the venue was beautiful... couple of things were off, little things here and there, but overall the event went well, the staff is friendly and attentive... it was nice.... I would reccomend...
I recently came for an event. I was a little early so it was it wasn’t a lot of people here. I went to the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. The staff did not bother cleaning. The toilets were stopped, sinks were dirty, trash on the floor, and human waste on the floor. I tried to find whoever was in charge but no one knew. I wouldn’t recommend this place if they don’t keep it clean
Great location for parties, spacious and standard architecture . Parking was safe also they provide with a barman. Toilets were relatively well maintained and local managers were nice & accommodating .
