Experience was great. I ordered online and asked for pick in store. Mistake was made and stated shipping instead of pickup. I contacted the store was immediately accommodated to pick up in store within the same hour. The employees were friend and even accommodated me with an upgrade in my bundle package.
Investing in good hair is a must but having good customer service is a plus. The ladies here were great and very helpful. I love the hair I received and will definitely recommend this brand to others.
