My sister hired this business for her wedding that was September 2021, the service was subpar, the owner and her team showed up late to the wedding, the owner had poor communication after the wedding when my sister tried to get the pictures. The Wedding was in September, my sister requested pictures in November (due to owner not sending them), my sister called again and requested them in December (owner said they would be ready January 2022). January came and the owner still didn’t produce the images or the video. My sister requested them several times in the beginning of the year and finally March 2022 the owner produced the digital photos and the video. And the final product wasn’t produced until August 2022. Issues with the pictures: 2 photographers were hired as the owner suggested however, the photos had poor quality and lack of creativity. And many important moments were missing which is odd because the wedding was small. And the bride had to direct the photographer to take photos as it appeared they weren’t going to take any. The video was poorly done and looked like it was thrown together, it didn’t look like it was professionally done in my opinion. I know my sister wanted to support a black owned business and this was highly disappointing for my sister. I know my sister discussed the issues with the owner, and the owner declined to rectify the situation, although owner broke the contract.
She is Awesome and over the top in matters of the heart! Raquita captures the essence of the moment making her client relax in the security of her very presence just so she can get to their authentic selves. You deserve her view! She's got the eye for your heart!
