Ran out of medication, and was told on multiple occasions that the medication was being processed on shipped. Called CGS pharmacy and they put the blame on the postal service, even though they never filled it. It took numerous calls over a 10 days period to have the medication that I was paying for processed and shipped. I was out of my medication for over a week during the worst month of the year, Christmas! I was repeated lied too and calls were not returned. UPDATE: My medication was was supposed to be delivered FEDEX overnight, now won’t be delivered until Tuesday, 27 December 3023. Can this get any worse? Who can lose weight without their medications and at Christmas time? I have vacation scheduled the week after Christmas for a week. Who wants to make a bet that I leave without my medication in hand?
If you are in doubt of coming here please don't be!!!! They are amazing and treat you like family. I went here for 4 months and did lose some weight but I have some medical conditions that caused me to have to stop the program but I did lose weight prior to me being forced to quit. Which I was so sad about but I'm telling you THIS PROGRAM WORKS DR.COOK WILL HELP YOU BUT YOU ALSO HAVE TO BE WILLING TO PUT THE WORK IN AS WELL! :) ZANA AND D ARE AMAZING TOO
I have been on the program for 5 months now and have seen amazing results! I'm so please not only with the weight loss, but the customer service of the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. When I did encounter an issue, it was quickly resolved. I can't say enough great things about my experience here. Looking forward to my continued success with them. Thank you staff and doctors!
This program is great, I’ve lost 17lbs in the first month and I feel more energetic than ever. The doctors and staff are top notch and the medications are all customized to me. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking to lose weight.
