I thought i had left a review before but maybe not. I'm actual glad that i didn't because I have alot to say about this unprofessional company. The owner Shaquita very rude.She has poor customer service. The money I paid her versus the service I got was not worth it. The party, was in February and I'm still getting bills from Aztec Rental from supplies that she didn't return to their company. I can say alot more but looking at the reviews everyone just about feels the same way.

I wish I could give this place NO stars. I booked a party for my 30th birthday the owners ran a special $550 for a full day 10am -12am . I got there at 10:45am the doors were locked according to the owners they were locked out of the building for NON RENT PAYMENT. I literally had to wait until 1pm to access the building, after being treated horribly I was promised $200 back for the inconvenience and them dropping the ball. Never received my $200 back according to them they terminated my refund because my hookahs were not electronic! Do NOT BOOK HERE! Very unprofessional and do not keep their word! 10/10 wouldn’t recommend!

I hate to leave a bad review, especially when it comes down to supporting black owned businesses but this black owned business needs to be shut down. It’s very sickening how they treat their customers who spends hard earned money with them. They are rude, communication it zero to NONE & honestly, I hate that I even spent my money with this company. I can go on and on but I just want others to be aware and to stay FAR FAR FAR away from party vibes houston.

Booked this venue 4 months ago and they refuse to return my security deposit. Totally ignored my email and multiple instagram messages have been left on “seen.” Should have known sending it via cash app was sketchy.

Very unprofessional. Communication is nonexistent, none of their phone numbers work. I couldn't even contact them during my rental time. Their staff didn't inform us that the fridge and microwave were not working until I showed up for my event and still did nothing to compensate for/fix the issue. I had to personally go find coolers hours before my event to accommodate chilling food for 100 people. Their staff also told us they only accept deposits through cash app (shady) and then proceeded to give us the WRONG cash app so we were out of $200. Their support (through email) told us there is nothing they can do about their mistake and basically oh well. Additionally, the floor was wet (water spots everywhere - so much so that their staff had to wipe the floors with a towel) when I arrived and their support team (through email, again) mentioned that it was the client from the night before's fault and oh well. I wasn't expecting them to rectify issues that had happened in the past, but they could have at least been professional in their response to issues. It's like they can do no wrong and accept no fault for any of their mistakes. Tried to support a local BOB, but Would NOT recommend.
