My main go to place from now on. I picked a lavender pedicure. They even have a venue next door that has great music going on for their baby shower.
I have been going here for 5+ years. Loved it and always recommend them to everyone. I would go to Shade or Marissa. Now that there are new owners (no longer Marissa) it definitely has already lost my business and my friends who would go with me. I had my nails done on December 21st by Maliyah. She was very sweet and detailed on my nail design. However, the product is not good quality as the next morning I had to return due to my nail color peeling. They corrected the issue only for it to happen again. I then had to go back a 3rd time which was the 23rd. After this I went out of town on the 24th and sure enough they were peeling again. The attached photos are of my nails while out of town. I contacted the new owners to which I was suppose to have a returned phone call and 8 days later and 2 follow up calls, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. This is poor customer service and this would of never happened with Shade or Marissa. I will be calling to cancel my future appointment and going else where with my business.
I had my acrylic fill done by Whitney and she did a beautiful job! Nice calm atmosphere and felt super welcoming! My new nail “home”.
nail tech was maliyah she was super sweet, gentle with my torn cuticles, and i LOVE my nails. i had an appointment at 12 with a different tech elsewhere but she had to cancel so i did some research and chose this place! everyone was nice and i’ll definitely be back. thank you maliyah! Save your money! I stumbled upon this nail shop because it had great reviews and I always wanted to try a black nail salon. The pro was that the customer service was great. The receptionist greeted me and placed all my personal items in a tub. The nail tech was really nice and the shop was clean. However, my nails were not up to standard. It seems like this place is more of a beauty college. It seems like the techs are in training. After only two days my nail broke. I paid 36$ for a full set medium with regular polish. I think the nail shop has potential but they need to get some nail techs that really skilled. Now it’s the weekend and I’m stuck with a broken nail. I will never go here again!!
