If I could give 10 stars I would! Shamima was working New York Fashion Week and I was a desperate model in need of my makeup done before show time. When I asked if she was still taking people, she said the girl in her chair was supposed to be her last one, but she graciously agreed to take me as well despite already working long hours. Her kindness, personability and attention to detail makes her not only a good person but a pristine makeup artist! I would recommend her to anyone!! Thanks again Shamima 😊
So I hired Shamima for my makeup look for my wedding that took place last September. I actually had a specific look that I was going for and all that can say is Shamima delivered. My makeup trial was EVERYTHING and was in love with it. She really transformed my whole face to this super glam look which looked great! She’s very understanding and patient and works with you when it comes to change and what your trying to look like specifically. I had a drastic hair color change for my wedding down the line which made me nervous but she still worked it out with my makeup and made it work. I had nothing but compliments not only on my makeup( which was bomb) but also compliments on my bridesmaids and my mother which they had a natural glam look done. She will definitely be my go to for my makeup looks! :)
Shamima was the best to work with from start to finish! She was so flexible and listened to what I wanted. I showed her what look I was going for and she exceeded my expectations. Found Mima through google and so glad I did! Came from out of state for a wedding here in Virginia and had Mima do my makeup and hair. I contacted her and she was prompt to respond and was so easy to work with. She did an absolute amazing job! My makeup and hair looked great and I received so many compliments. Shamima is an incredible makeup artist. She is truly skilled and highly accommodating to you and your skin type! She knows exactly what works for you and will make you look fantastic 😍 She was my makeup sponsor for my short film Infused Tea From The Motherland and loved having her help me get ready for a few scenes!
