I called in the morning and made an appointment for later in the day. Leaving town on vacation the following day so I had a tight schedule and a lot to get done. She gave me an appointment for 11AM. I came at 11 and there was only one stylist working, same one that gave me the appointment over the phone. She had just sat another customer down in her chair. I walked in and said I have an appointment for 11, she said ok it’ll be just a second. I sat and waited for 20 minutes and she was still cutting his hair so I went to aces and eights across the street. WAY better atmosphere there. Why even take appointments if you’re going to ignore them completely??? I don’t appreciate my time being wasted.

I scheduled an appointment with LaTonda as everyone in the reviews had mentioned and I loved the outcome of my hair. I went bold with my decision and decided to cut off about 6-7 inches of my hair into a cute long bob and she did a great job. I highly recommend!
La Tonda, did an amazing job on my hair ! She is sweet and friendly. She is all about hair integrity and what best for the customer. Enjoyed the experience here and would recommend Mirror Hair Studio !!!
i forgot the womans name that did my hair but omg she did a rlly amazing job ! i asked for a wolfcut and it came out amazing, like it came out better than the pictures. the ppl here are super nice and professional. definitely check this place out for ur next haircut. edit: went there again for a wolf cut with bangs, and latonda did amazing!! as to be expected :) felt bad i didnt have enough cash for a tip tho :(. love love my new haircut !!
