This was my very first therapy session experience. Iβm so disappointed and unfulfilled. Dylan Hernandez did not offer any engagement, suggestions, or helpful support. He ended the session 14 minutes early and suggested I see a doctor when I expounded that I had bouts of depression regarding my daughter who passed. Definitely will not be seeing him again and definitely discouraged. π’
Iβve been meaning to write this review for some time. But Ms. Perez is a God send. I started going to her to help me with grief after my mom passed but she has gotten me through so much more. If you are questioning therapy- donβt. And the whole Lifeologie team is wonderful.
Bryan was so helpful! It was great speaking to someone who could relate to the black-male experience. Bryan reassured me that whatever I was going through I could make it through. I left lifeologie a new and improved version of me! Thanks Bryan!
I just started counseling back up again. Iβm seeing Brittany and it was nice and refreshing being able to have my counseling session virtually. She was easy going, no pressure kind of session. I have my next session booked.
I called to ask if they accepted my insurance and the man that answered began to say they're an upscale more "private" establishment and only accept "private" insurances. He than began to say they charge upwards of $100 per session and the agencies tha charge $75 aren't as qualiied. He also spoke about Marrige Counseling which I NEVER mentioned or asked about. It felt as if he assumed I was poor and didn't want me to further inquire about services. Extremly extremly weird and unprofessional. In response to the business response, the man made sure to place emphasis on the sessions starting at $100 and that anything cheaper is likely less qualified. It came across very elitist and very intended. Thank you.
