Great customer service. First time braiding experience, and I am happy with the results received. I will be a repeat customer. I was able to find them through IG, glad I gave them a try.
Closed when hours of operation say different. Sign on door says due to staffing issues, hours of operation may vary. (Understandable)It appears to be open, lights are on. I look in and there is someone at the counter, so I knock. And she just stares at me , so I say “you’re not open?” She shook her head no and carried on. I just moved to Mansfield and spend a lot of money on hair, hair styles and hair products. It’s sad that poor customer service will turn away a good client!
Thank you God for allowing me to meet Cadie after months of research. She is amazing, patient ,and her team is amazing . She will educate you throughout the process and is available for education. She is caring , will take time to educate and figure out your individual needs. I love my hair and I I’m excited to share this journey with her as my loctician.
