Annie was very kind and sweet. she welcomed me with a good attitude ,made me feel much better and relieved after a long day at work. Even though I came close to closing time she gave the best customer service and made sure I was satisfied with my mani and pedi. Thank you Annie! I’ll be back for sure! 🥰
Called twice to find out what time they closed and exactly where in the mall they were located. The lady never said they were closing early. I stood at the desk and wasn’t acknowledged by the technician. The tech kept going back and forth with the lady who answers the phone about servicing me. Neither of the technicians were willing to see me. I drove here because they supposedly are open until 8. Poor customer service.
I had such a great experience here! I got a the Working Girl Combo which is a solid color gel mani and pedi and it was only $50ish which is normally what I pay for just a mani at other places. Vivian took care of me and she was very kind and accommodating. I'll be coming back!
I’ve been to this nail salon twice and both times had a pleasant experience my nails came out great!
