Over priced venue. Mop used to clean the kitchen left a weird sewer smell in the kitchen. Bounce house was dirty. Horrible sound quality from the speaker provided, if we knew this we would’ve brought our own. & on top of that it was awkward having the owners walking around at random times during our event. Not sure where all the great reviews come from. **EDITED** Steven the owner let us in 15 minutes prior to the start time. When we first toured the house he said he wouldn’t mind if we showed up a little earlier. I have text messages and calls proving this to be correct. When I arrived at 3:13 they were still cleaning and mopping the floors. He also called me at 7:02 pm demanding us to leave when clearly we paid for 5 hours (3-8) after I told them we had one more hour he laughed sarcastically. Instead of playing the victim how about you apologize for being rude & disrespectful to your guests. Btw make sure the air conditioner works for all future events, the thermostat read 82 degrees even with the doors closed. Keep playing the victim and I will upload pics and calls/texts to your Instagram page.
Houston Party House is an excellent venue! I hosted a first birthday party and the friendly staff readily assisted with booking and any questions I had. The establishment is very clean, spacious as well as accessible for event set ups or for casual meetings. I will definitely book again!
Me n my family enjoyed my daughter babyshower they had everything I needed hangout hut rocks Very friendly they help with everything help set up even help cleaned up I will highly recommend them and I will be doing other events here thank you so much Houston hang out Hut!!!!!!😊
10 out of 10. My guest and I really enjoyed ourselves. Steve made sure we had everything we needed and was accessible at all times. I am so thankful for the memories that were made. Highly recommend
I worked with Steven from day one for my little brothers first baby shower and our overall experience was outstanding. I want to Thank him for all his support, answering questions, concerns and assistance with this very special occasion. He response turnaround time was excellent and had patience. The parking was great, the cleanliness of the venue was great he was available to assist us even as the event was being held. The location was great I will book with them again and recommend The hangout hut to others.
