Idk what the negative reviews are about but that’s FAR from the experience I had. Initially I was introduced to them in 2021, but they didn’t take my insurance and I had to wait. I came back looking in 2022 and had an appt booked within 2 weeks. Everything was extremely easy. It’s been smooth sailing since! I can’t thank this place enough. My powerful transformation is a testament to the support I have received from the 2 therapists I have encountered here. I’ve referred people and will continue to…I will give 10 stars if possible!
A complete waste of time. I requested what I needed in literal written form. I jumped through all the hoops, forms, signatures etc just to be told after I wasted an hour of divulging everything that they actually wont be able to do what I need. A month down the drain due to complete incompetence. This place is janky on multiple levels.
I called and called and left message after message and no one ever called me to make an appt. Someone did email me back once with forms to fill out then nothing. They wanted my credit card info even though they told me my insurance covered this 100%! I am very skeptical of this place and think they may be scammers. I had to go find another therapist! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd run far away from this place. They lack empathy and don't care about their clients. Office is disorganized and you are lucky you even get a call back.GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE
Never got a call back to schedule an appointment even after I filled out all their forms. Call them and left 2 messages. At least have the courtesy to call back and tell me I can't schedule an appointment.
