My counselor was Shannon Humphreys. I am already a hyper aware person, but she made me feel stupid, she was condescending. She talked down to me saying "listen to me, I'm the professional". I realized she was not a good fit for me as I am a sensitive person and felt disrespected when she spoke to me in that manner. If you don't want to be spoken to in this way, I would suggest finding another counselor. They also did not disclose to me what their rates are. She said she offered hourly sessions which I agreed to, but didn't let me know she offered other shorter sessions. I felt like she was just charging me the highest rate in order to make money off of me. Please look elsewhere.
LOVE them, Martha is truly a God send to the profession and cares about her patients. You feel safe and secure when entering the office and that is important, knowing that what you say or feel is okay. They are there to equip you with the tools to navigate through life.
I really wish I could give 0 stars. The counselor herself was awesome, but no one ever answers the phone during work hours. They don't return calls nor do they give the counselor the messages. I had to leave a message under their urgent line. It has been 5 days with no return call.
Absolute love Mrs. Ellis she has made my life better each day. I not sure where I would be with out her💛
Great cut, great atmosphere, child friendly and mine are wild.
