Dr Madhere and Cielo as well as the front desk staff are phenomenal, offering top tier service. I’ve been patronizing this office for over 5 years and they haven’t disappoint, exceptional service with each visit. Highly recommend!!
I had my first visit today. I have not been to the dentist in YEARS and I had the best experience! Everyone was so kind and Hina was incredible. I had my cleaning with Carem and she was amazing, gentle and explained everything very well. Dr. Sonia was really sweet and I’m so excited to continue my dental health journey at Dentists of Fort Bend! :)
I am not one for giving too many reviews, but I just cannot keep quiet about my experience at the Dentists of Fort Bend yesterday. I went in with an emergency. My tooth surprisingly cracked during dinner the night before. My normal doctor was off, but Dr. Sonia Kunthara took such amazing care of me! I went in with tears of sadness because the shattered tooth was directly in my smile line. I left the office with tears of joy because of the amazing job Dr. Sonia did in patching up the tooth while I await further treatment. She and the staff were so kind and accommodating. You literally could not tell how traumatic my tooth situation really was. Again, thank you so much Dr. Sonia, and thank you team… y’all are amazing!
Dr. Sonia Kunthara is very professional and kind. She clearly explained my current condition and what needed to be done. The staff is also very nice and friendly. They always see me on time for each appointment. I'm actually impressed about not having to wait at all to be seen, like it happens in most offices. The place is clean, modern, and it smells amazing. Recommend 100%!
I don't recommend this business. After constant confirmation through their automated messages, and even me calling on the morning of my appointment, I show up and the doors are locked. Apparently, everyone left early for the day. That was what I was told when I called to check on what was going on. To anyone trying to find a decent dentist and good customer service, I urge you to consider looking elsewhere.
