We have attended two of Chef Alessandra's popup dinners and she also catered my wife's birthday. All three events were so great. We were super impressed with each event. Delicious food and Alessandra looks after every detail. We highly recommend her catering!!!
Chef Alessandra catered a fabulous six course Spanish tapas dinner for our extended family gathering. The food was incredible! We were practically salivating as we anticipated each course before its arrival on the table. She was great to work with in planning the meal. She was easily able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and worked within my budget. She is a delightful person and we enjoyed chatting with her while she cooked and served us. She packed up all of the leftovers into the refrigerator and left the kitchen spotless. I highly recommend Chef Alessandra!
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Alessandra of The Feisty Feeder for a party of about 50 people and I couldn't be happier with the service and food provided. From the very beginning, Chef Alessandra was professional and attentive to all of our needs and requests. She took the time to understand our vision for the party and helped us to come up with a menu (including food and specialty cocktails) that was tailored to our guests' tastes and dietary restrictions. On the day of the party, the food was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were spot-on. The guests were raving about the food and drinks all night. Chef Alessandra and her team were very professional throughout the party, making sure that everything was running smoothly and that the guests were happy and well-fed. I would highly recommend The Feisty Feeder to anyone looking for a reliable and talented caterer. They exceeded all of our expectations and made the party a truly memorable event!
Absolutely wonderful evening! Chef prepared a custom menu of passed and played apps for a ladies night champagne tasting I hosted at my house. The communication, execution and of course taste far exceeded my expectations (which were high) I can’t wait to have chef back for my next party!
Chef Alessandra cooked an incredible 3 course meal plus cocktail hour treats for me and 10 friends for my birthday this year. It was so much fun creating the menu with her. We had a grazing board with guacamole, shrimp skewers, elote, cheeses and more. Then for dinner a scallop ceviche, pork belly taco, and flat iron steak with potato pave and ancho Chile sauce! My photos really don’t do it justice. She listened to all of my requests and made all of my dreams come true! Her assistant and server were also fabulous and my kitchen was spotless after they left. I can’t wait to have her back.
