Very unprofessional and unorganized. They don't know how much time something will take. For example, for a test, they told us it is 1.5 hrs and it went on for 4 plus hours. It took a lot of follow ups for getting the results. They were not ready to share the report without insurance pay them. I never heard about that anywhere else. We signed a waiver agreeing to pay if insurance doesn't pay and still they were asking us to wait for insurance company to give them a check, to share the results. They messed up the claim and asking us to pay a huge amount and it took me an hour of heated discussion to make them realize the mistake. Waste of time and energy. They says they will call back but never called back, multiple times. Better find some other place which is professionally run. I will never recommend this place.
All contact with Dr. Richardson has been above board. The warmth and welcoming atmosphere easily lends itself to the kindness, professionalism and honesty which was and is exceptional. No experience of disorganization or deception in any way. Phone calls always returned timely. I clearly and with ease of mind and heart Highly recommended Brighter Paths Wellness and Counseling. Thank you for you contribution of wellness to the community at large.
Extremely well ran one of the best practices I’ve been to in years. Dr. Richardson was a very welcoming and genuinely cares for her patients. The atmosphere was very clean and calming.
This office is the most disorganized place I have ever encountered. Making wrong charges on my credit card, not picking up or returning phone calls, not returning emails, making promises but not following up. Never in my life have I ever encountered such unprofessional behavior from a medical office. If it weren’t for the wonderful dr. Dreiling, I would have left that business in a heartbeat weeks ago. No wonder they have such an enormous staff turnover!
Wow. Sitting outside there office right now for a 4:30pn appointment that was scheduled. No one there or answering the calls. Dont waste your time. Very unprofessional
