Bridgette DOES NOT MISS! I’ve gotten compliments on my hair every single time she’s done my hair. I’ve been struggling with the texture and overall look and feel of my hair for the past year and I visited her as a walk-in o. My birthday last year. The three times I’ve sat in Bridgette’s chair I’ve come away feeling good. My hair felt and looked good. She did my relaxer for the first time this week and I finally feel like my hair is on its way back to where it was. Thank you Bridgette!
The truth is Black hair is different than ANY other hair type. So… it needs to be cared for differently. Black Butterfly specializes in Black hair! The owner, Bridgette, has more than 18 years of experience in all hair types, and is an expert in caring for Black hair. Additionally, she cuts lace front wigs! Kudos, Black Butterfly!
Sorry Bridgette, I love your studio and it’s not your fault that I have a complaint. I’m angry and I have to vent to keep from crying. I booked with Ashley for a shampoo, conditioning and /or weave tightening I had gotten 4 weeks prior from a different stylist ( Different salon) that I was having trouble getting back and forth to see for hair care and maintenance. The prior visit had cost more than $500. Ashley jacked up my weave to the point it is unsalvagable..it is hideous and will cost me more $$$ to get my hair back right.She took liberties with my hair I didn’t ask for and did not tell me about it until it was already done She cut off and threw away a hair piece designed specifically for me because she didn’t like it, again without telling me.. Her actions were unacceptable even though I lied and said my hair was cute. Again, I had to smile to keep from crying. Ashley, listen to your customers. Don’t try to put your spin on what you think they want, especially if it is a first timer client. Again, Bridgette, it’s not your fault or the fault of your studio but I will NEVER use Ashley again or recommend her to anyone.
I had an amazing experience here with Bridgette. I was on a time crunch so I needed my hair done before I went into work. She did an excellent job with my cut, style and color! I showed her pictures and she matched it perfectly, I am very happy with my new style. The location is great, inside is clean and professional. The conversation is even better!!!! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a dependable person and place to go! Bridgette will be my stylist from now on, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!
