I've been going to Jacquie for my locs for about 2 years now. I love her services. She treats my hair with care from shampoo to styling. She's by appointment only so she is focused on you during your appointment. Her Aloe Vera rinse is an all time favorite❤️
Truly a relaxing experience, I was so comfortable. Everything was done gently and professionally, will definitely return.
My son and I have been coming to Indigenous Beauty Concepts for many years. Ms. Jacqui installed and maintains my son's traditional locs, and she has colored, cut, and styled my Sisterlocks. I've told several friends about her natural hair services. I highly recommend her salon!
Jackie did a great job on my hair! I have short tapered natural hair and she did a coiled it and it looks fantastic. She also used great products and I purchased 3 of them. Thank you Jackie. You saved my hair
I went to this salon to get my hair done and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I have locs and I booked an appointment for a retwist and pipe cleaner curls. The stylist, Jacqueline, seemed nice enough but her skills were extremely lacking in this area. When I booked the appointment through her website I noted that I wanted pipe cleaner curls which came at an additional cost. However, when I called in advance she wanted me to bring her some pipe cleaners because she was running low. Although I considered to do so, I decided not to because it was not part of her information when I booked the appointment and if not for my calling I would not have known. That wasn’t my responsibility. I arrived on time and she washed my hair. However, her retwist was practically nonexistent. She did not have enough pipe cleaners and those she had were brown which contrasted significantly with my black hair. I asked for the right corner of my hair to be twisted and she attempted to twist the remaining hair into these very large 3 and 4 stranded twists. Horrendous is an understatement for the finish product of my hair. I had to spend the next day trying to fix my entire hair from her mistakes. And ultimately I will have to get my hair done again because her loc retwist did not last even a week. It’s a shame that a person would falsify skills and deceive others just to make a dollar. I would not recommend her to my enemy. I literally wasted 90 dollars.
