Had been going for months and had to stop because I am a student and couldn't afford it at the moment. I went back several months later with a new insurance and they didn't tell me until I arrived that my bill would cost 4.5x more than before. Additionally, I was refused a change of therapists when I felt like Dr. Wall was not addressing my concerns.
Dr. Jones has been most helpful in areas of counseling and absolute realization of my problems. Receptionist Judy is awesome with positive affirmations and hugs. Wonderful place
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Sadly my insurance was not verified prior to my appt as told so I was not ready for payment, the front desk lady seemed to be overwhelmed, no one hardly answers the phones.
Balance Beacon is wonderful. Everyone is very kind. Dr. Wall is beyond amazing. She has given me several tools! Great work Balance beacon.
