I have used Absolutely Edible for two office catering events & the food & desserts were absolutely delicious. Everyone really enjoyed the food. I also had the pleasure of eating a Jamaican Turkey leg at a pop-up shop & it was the best I have ever had. The rice & pea’s & cabbage were to die for.
Tried the Sweet Potato Thang for the first time. Loved it! Texture and taste on point.
I love trying out different local bakeries for special occasions whenever possible. This bakery fit my initial criteria: good reviews, cute/creative cake photos, not too far (30 minutes from Murphy, TX). I ordered a birthday cake designed with my 8 year old’s specifications (Easter and our dog). First of all it was adorable and perfect and my daughter was THRILLED. Then I tasted it and I still remember that first bite. I didn’t realize cake could taste like that and I’ve eaten my fair share of cake. Hands down 1000% the best tasting cake and cupcake I have ever put in my mouth. At this point, I will be personally offended if my friends and family invite me to their events and try to serve me cake from anywhere else. This bakery is going huge places. One day we will all be saying, “I remember when.”
We've ordered two skateboard cakes from Nikki, and have been blown away both times. I've tried to upload pics of both cakes. The green cake is the most recent and was based on my son's favorite skateboard from The Point Skate Shop. I just sent Nikki a pic of the board and she went to work. The detail is amazing. The skill and effort that she puts into these cakes is insane! They're not just pretty cakes though, they're also delicious! Looks great and tastes better--if that's possible! I have and will continue to recommend Nikki whenever I get a chance. She's so good at what she does, and is easy and super friendly to work with from start to finish. I wish I could give her more stars because 5 just isn't enough!

Weather its a wedding, birthday, baby shower, graduation or even a corporate luncheon, Absolutely Edible Cakes & Catering has never let me down. From the moment you walk in your greeted with respect and professionalism. The owner Mrs. Nikita Jackson is truly heaven sent and her work will bless your soul in more ways than one. There's really no words to explain just how good they are so do yourself a favor and stop by. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
