Taylor did an amazing job with my hair! She not only paid great attention to detail, but she listened to my hair concerns and what I was looking for. I battle hair that gets greasy quickly and that’s nearly always frizzy. She gave great advice and tips on how I can manage my hair in the future and I’m excited to try them out myself! She’s also very personable and is great at maintaining a conversation. For all of that, the price is well worth it (I honestly thought it would be way more with what and how she did). Overall, I’m very pleased with my appointment today and I’m looking forward to the next time I come back!!
Relocated and needed a new salon and this place did not disappoint!! Cole was amazing all around. Very friendly and we had great conversations. I’m very low maintenance with my hair and did not have much guidance to provide him but the end result was perfect! Will definitely be back and to see Cole!
Carlee was super friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable when I felt super anxious about describing what I wanted to do with my hair. I didn’t know how to exactly articulate it and I had a ton of questions but she rolled right along with it! I was impressed with her ability to follow my disjointed train of thought. 😅 She was able to help me figure out what I wanted and I really like the cut and color. ❤️
Ahead of hair is one of the best hair salons in Midlothian. Every stylist there does phenomenal work. I have seen Morgan and Emily, and loved them both so much, it’s hard to choose! They have online booking now which makes making an appointment so easy! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. And you get to put your feet up while they wash your hair!! SO happy with our day at Ahead of Hair yesterday. We saw Sam and Katie, who treated both my daughters like total rockstars. We had a pretty extensive job done with my oldest and Sam was awesome at explaining everything and making sure we knew the best way to maintain the look. Both my kids were super happy, my oldest said: "It's exactly what I wanted." Couldn't ask for more. Will def be returning.
