I've ordered flower arrangements a few times to have them delivered to my wife at work and we've both been very pleased with the arrangements they put together which are far better than what's pictured on their website. We recently had a death in the family so my wife and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at their floral arrangements and they were already closed but still in the building and were gracious enough to still let us in and help us with the arrangements. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the arrangements they put together were beautiful. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces at this difficult time.
Ordered flowers on the Meadowlawn Funeral home website. Dreamweaver Florist UGH!!! Had I'd known THAT..I wouldn't have ordered. I Ordered a 150.00 (tax and delivery fee included) spray two days prior to be delivered the day of the wake. The order didn't get there until the morning of the Funeral the next day! I called the funeral home . They were very understanding.They put me in touch with the owner of Dreamweaver which she apologized and told me she understood how important it was to have flowers there. So, my question was why weren't they? No answer. I was told I could get a 50.00 credit for my next order. Now, why would I want that?Waiting for a 50.00 credit to my card. Still waiting... Oh. Wait there is a BONUS..... The spray that I ordered didn't even have nearly as many flowers as pictured on the website. I guess my Dreamweaver turned into a nightmare.
I called yesterday, last minute not knowing if they could accommodate our order. Maggie Martin took the call and even though, all their delivery drivers were already out, she took my order and told me not worry. Our daughter in law received her bouquet at the restaurant were our son and her were eating dinner and she immediately sent us a picture saying it is the most beautiful bouquet of flowers she has ever received. I was very pleased and happy when I saw the picture of the flowers, they were gorgeous. Thank you so much!
Review edited **** I received a surprise delivery today from the florist with a new bouquet that is beautiful. My daughter did not even initiate the second delivery, which speaks volumes. I can appreciate the business for going above and beyond to make this right. Although the below review is accurate of my first experience, the second arrangement as an apology for all their shortcomings does make a difference. Thank you for reaching out- I truly appreciate it. Disappointed in quality of flowers. My daughter sent me an arrangement for Mother’s Day. I received it 2 days ago on Wednesday. Today (Friday), the roses are wilted and crumpled as well as other flowers have turned brown and shriveled. They have water and are only 2 days old. I purchase flowers from HEB that last 2 weeks, to include roses. I have never had flowers die so quickly. Will make sure my daughter does not use this florist in the future. I have saved pictures to provide because this is ridiculous for the amount of money spent.
What a stunning arrangement! I can't tell you how perfectly it fit me. This year, due to drought, I decided to enjoy those I have & not plant a single new plant (and then we got good rain lol). I missed all the planting & nurturing! My first day in the hospital I 1/2 woke from a heavily medicated nap to see such a friendly, smiling man delivering this. I couldn't believe how "me" it is, full of such a variety of unbelievably healthy & beautiful plants from which I can propagate more! The planter is lovely, too. Only negative is that A Dreamweaver Florist is about 1.5 hours from me. I do not gush in reviews unless it is deserved, and it certainly is here. Thank you so much, y'all! I'll recommend you to everyone I know working/living between 1604 & downtown & beyond. Great work! (photos to come)
