Bartender was great and informative of all the flavor profiles. They have some inventive and photo worthy cocktails. The atmosphere is interesting.
Amazing crafted cocktails and great lounge to hang out with a fantastic vibe! My favorite is the Machadieu - an egg white sour with their barreled shot tower gin, macha and yuzu! Delicious.
A great addition to the Collective, the cocktail gallery brings the bar to a whole new level. Opened about a year and a half ago it removes the bar from the production portion of the facility to a much more comfortable space with some fantastic drinks. The staff is friendly and informative. The mix your own whiskey tour is an informative and entertaining experience and a great gift.
I have been to the Cocktail Gallery 3 times. The service is simply poor. Sad really because its a good location and the spirits / cocktails are good. Yesterday we went and it was busy. There was a line which we got into to wait our turn. The person mixing the cocktails was working very hard and doing a great job. Another patron didn't respect the line and stepped up to the bar and the other bartender that wasn't do much served them. When I questioned this she got very argumentative with me, really? This is the same person that was there the other 2 times. I will not return. They also need to work on their acoustics.
Had such a great time at this brand new spot, tucked away at Union Collective! The space has a nice, modern vibe with a wall of works by local artists to admire. The cocktails were delicious, well-balanced, and surprisingly inexpensive! I had a delicious, fruity floral cocktail called a ‘Cthulhu’ which I will definitely be going back for in the future. The bartenders were all very friendly and helpful as well! Can’t recommend this place enough!
