We rented inflatables, glow games, carnival games and casino tables for our after prom. The Dakota Entertainment team was easy to communicate with (via phone, text and email). The inflatables were a hit, although they were clearly used outside the last time (muddy & some grass), the Zorb balls kept deflating, and the ladders in the Special Ops were torn off making it one of the least used items of the night. Our biggest complaint would be the moldy/mildew smell from the Special Ops inflatable which was nauseating. Ultimately, Corey was a rockstar and did such an amazing job helping us throughout the night that he truly made our night fun. Would definitely work with Dakota Entertainment again.
Jill was easy to work with. Last minute, I needed additional chairs and she was able to help with no issues. Pick up and drop off was easy. I would use Dakota Entertainment again.
We've rented bouncy houses for the last few years for our big family Christmas in our heated shop, and Dakota Entertainment has been so good to us. They were very accommodating and did everything to make things work for our schedule. Check them out!!!
Used Dakota Inflatable for our daughters graduation party as she wanted a bouncy house :) Great service and people. Will definitely use again if we need another inflatable or even chairs for a large party. (We rented chairs too)
Great service!! This is our second year renting a jumpy house for my sons birthday and each time was great. Very friendly service from office staff and delivery staff! Definitely recommend their services and we will absolutely use them in the future!
