Very unprofessional business. The front desk staff are unprofessional and rude. I got to my appointment and had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to finish gossiping before I could sign in and receive my forms to fill out. Scheduling is an issue, and you will have to wait for over an hour past your appointed time to see the dentist. The dentist schedules multiple people at the same time knowing that they cannot all be seen at that time. An appointment for 12 is basically an appointment for 1:30 and you will be forced to wait the entire time.
Do NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE IF LOOKING FOR A DENTIST!!!! They are beyond unprofessional and are worried about all the wrong things. The more focus on your phone conversations then actually doing dental work
Scheduling was terrible, they gave me the wrong time and didn’t attemp to reschedule. Completely unprofessional. Going to another dentist.
Dr. Sanusi is amazing! She really cares about her patients!
