Virginia was our planner for our wedding in June! She was very organized and super helpful. We hired her to help with mostly just the months leading up to the wedding. She was amazing and worked with all our vendors to ensure contracts and details were all finalized. Very thorough with all our vendor details and day of logistics. Could not have done our wedding day without her. She handled any day of challenges with a smile and calmly without us even knowing of any issues. Lastly, the platform she uses for planning is a very helpful tool and an added benefit to her services! Highly recommend in the DMV for wedding planning!
I'm not kidding when I say that she was like a friend during all this process. And I'm not kidding when I say that we had the dream team led by her, I am from latín america and the majority of my family who was attending the wedding didnt speak english and from the side of my husband family they dont speak spanish… and virginia made everything work perfectly between the two families talking and translating any questions they had! She speaks both languages and that is a HUGE plus. Virginia is a person who listens to you and she always tries to understand even the craziest of your ideas and makes them come true. Very dedicated, responsible, organized and down to earth with these qualities our planning process was as easy and less stressful as we could. Thank you virginia and all the team for your hard work. Seamless and Beautiful Wedding - Couldn't Have Done It Without V&V Wedding Planning and Coordination We had a wonderful experience with V&V Wedding Planning and Coordination. Virginia was our month-of/day-of coordinator. I didn't realize how many details go into planning a wedding and running everything smoothly in the days leading up to the event (and the wedding itself) for a wedding of about 150 people, many from out of town. Without Virginia's help, I think that we would have been very stressed! Virginia had excellent attention to detail and ensured that everything ran seamlessly: the set-up, the ceremony, photos, speeches, dinner, clean-up, etc. She worked through these details and a timeline with us prior to the wedding. We had such a beautiful wedding day and believe that a large part of this was due to Virginia's professionalism and excellent event management skills. She also helped us to integrate both of our families' traditions (Venezuelan, Midwestern) into the wedding with creativity. Finding Virginia was one of the best decisions to make such a beautiful wedding!
Virginia was an absolute dream to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. I have a large, blended family and there were many little details I needed help with to make sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. A few curve balls were thrown our direction the day before/morning of the wedding, Virginia took ownership of any problems that came my way and took it off my plate. I can not thank her enough for all her hard work, and I can’t recommend her enough! 10/10 Thank you so much for making our day so perfect, Virginia! ♥️
Working with V&V was truly incredible! I highly recommend!! Just a few months before our wedding I realized I was taking on more than I could handle with day of coordination. I originally was looking for someone to help with setting up decor and vendor coordination day of but Virginia did SO MUCH MORE!! She made the weeks before the wedding way less stressful, taking care of all vendor communication and bridal party communication. Having her at our walk through was so helpful, she was so on top of everything and asked questions I wasn’t even thinking about. The day of the wedding she made everything go so smoothly in such a calm, sweet way. She even took videos and pictures of moments our photographer didn’t capture that I will cherish forever. Seriously, she is the best.
