Anne was amazing in helping us plan our family vacation. She knew we had reservations about traveling to Mexico given the recent news reports, but did everything possible to reassure us and ensure our safety. She said she had us “covered like a blanket” and she was not kidding. She made this vacation as easy as getting on and off the plane. There were no surprises or unexpected changes in our plans. We are looking forward to relying on her expertise for our next vacation!
We've been very happy Travel Events & Extraordinaire clients since 2016. T.E.E. was a real-life saver, recently, when all flights were canceled due to severe weather conditions. Our assigned carrier had no available seats on flights to our home destination for the next three days. Anne Smith personally called while I was embroiled in the airport chaos of trying to make decisions and she enumerated potential options. She assisted by arranging hotel accommodations for the next three days and aiding in the rebooking of a flight home. Anne Smiths' personal attention to her travel clients is exceptional. Anne Smith runs a very detail oriented travel agency. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She was with us every step of the way during our trip. When flights were delayed she immediately sent messages to the team informing them of the change. If you use this travel agency, you won’t have any regrets.
