My family and I had the WORST experience dealing with TP Express Travel Agency. Over one year and no trip, no refund, and no response. I can not believe this so called company is still in business. A huge loss of money and time. What a huge disappointment. Please beware and DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON OR COMPANY!!! Zero stars.
TP Express Travel was our third trip using their company, and they lived up to our very high expectations. It was a wonderful, organized trip that Ms. Price organized for our family and friends. We love the optional monthly payment was a plus. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional travel consultant. She was very professional from the beginning to the end. My family loved the welcome back greeting.
A group of my relatives booked a cruise. March 2022 we contacted TP Express Travel Agency (Tina) to cancel the cruise. As of today (7/25/22) we have not received our refund. The only way an update was communicated to us was we would have to contact the company . I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We had originally booked a trip to Cancun, Mexico for a friend’s bachelorette weekend. They were very good with the communication and pricing until we had decided to change locations to New Orleans. Once the location changed that’s when things changed, responses would go from immediate answers to every other week. The trip was good but there still had been no refund for the difference and it’s been a few months later with no avail. Definitely will not use this company anymore
DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. TINA SCAMMED SOME COLLEGE GRADUATES THAT WAS TRYING TO CELEBRATE GRADUATION. PAID ON A TRIP FOR OVER A YEAR TO FIND OUT THE WEEK BEFORE, SOUTHWEST NOR THE RESORT HAVE A RESERVATION. SHE KEE SAYING SHE WAITING ON HER VENDORS AND FILING A INSURANCE CLAIM. DONT BOOK
