I absolutely love Toothsome Dental!! I love how I was greeted by name by the front assistant Gabriella. It’s only my 2nd time going to this office & they knew who I was. The dental assistant listened to all my questions & concerns & I like how Dr. Acosta made me feel at ease for my cleaning & explained everything thoroughly. Kenya the front assistant was awesome as well & they could relate to me on a personal level. I truly love this office. It’s clean, modern, beautiful & the whole staff has excellent customer service. I recommend this office for everyone for their dental needs!
Very clean modern office. Staff is patient & great & gentle. Love the dentists. Good communication. I forgot my appointment one morning & they called me to check on me about an hour later. They had already rescheduled me for a later time same day. I really appreciated that because I usually never forget & they do send reminders ahead. I just had a lot going on.
Awesome experience. The entire staff is friendly, personable, patient, knowledgable, and willing to answer any questions you may have. The office is modern and bright, and they've thought of everything to keep their patients comfy, down to having chapstick on-hand when your lips become dry during cleanings. I went in hopeful but nervous, after an insurance change forced me out of my last dentist (of 10 years). But today, I believe I found a new home. I was very happy with their service.
First time visiting was Great. Expect nothing but professionalism as soon as you walk into the door. The staff very knowledgeable, the tech used very AI ish....amazing what you can sees on those x-rays. Toothsome Dental...you may be a keeper...
Run, DO NOT WALK to bring your family to this wonderful dental office!! I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my grandmother, after she had a horrible experience last month with another dentist. Not only did they quickly work to schedule her, but they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about how to address her concerns. They happened to have a same day appointment available. We found very clean offices, state of the art technology, and GREAT customer service! You will not be disappointed! THANK you for taking great care of my grandmother!
