I was referred to Mr. Donald Ross by a childhood friend. I was getting a bit desperate with finding a caterer to meet my needs. Planning my mothers Celebration of Life service was stressful enough and all of the pieces that need to be coordinated is not for the faint of heart. I am not easily impressed but Mr. Ross of The Ross Caterers was exceptional. If you are looking for a true professional who believes in providing great customer service then you have the right one. He takes his business serious and does not take his customer for granted. This was my first time hiring a caterer and I was concerned about having enough food and it being flavorful. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the assurance that I needed for planning my event. He responded to calls, text and emails, very impressive. The other 4 persons that I spoke with prior to him DO NOT COMPARE with the professionalism that he displayed throughout the process. The food was great. I along with all of my guest thoroughly enjoyed everything and there was more than enough for many to have seconds and with some taking food to go. I will continue to support Mr. Ross by referring him business when possible and if I ever need to hire a caterer, I will hire him again without hesitation. I contracted with Donald Ross of Ross Caterers for my 50th Birthday celebration. I met with him at his location for a tasting. He was timely, he was professional and the presentation was beautiful. He was attentive and always answered correspondance in a timely matter. His prices were more than fair and actually great when compared to other caterers in the area. After the party, I received many compliments on the food and many requested his information to use for future events. The food was fresh, seasoned well and again the presentation was amazing. I did not have to follow up with him regarding anything that was incorrect or non satisfactory. I plan to use Ross Caterers again in the future and I will refer him to my friends and family for their future needs. Thank you Ross Caterers for making my event a sucess.
I've had the opportunity to use The Ross Caterers for a catered lunch for my staff of 40 people. I was very pleased with the meal as well as the customer service displayed by Mr. Ross. As of late, not often can you find an entrepreneur that displays the passion for their craft in every aspect of what they do. Mr. Ross does just that! From the attention to detail in the presentation of the food to the food itself, awesome! My staff and I enjoyed everything on the menu. I highly recommend Mr. Ross for your next venue, large or small.
I have used The Ross Catering services for several events and occasions. Most recently he was used for my mother’s private birthday dinner where he prepared teriyaki and fried chicken wings, pasta salad, yellow rice, espresso beef, salmon bites, green beans, and appetizers. Chef Ross was very professional, polite, friendly and most importantly on time when it came to my concerns for my mom’s dinner. My mother was very pleased with food and services; stating he did a phenomenal job!!!! I wish we could give him 10⭐️‘s
The Ross Caterers catered an event for my school and the food was outstanding! We had important VIP guests from out of state and they were WOW’d by the menu and the fact that the chef was sensitive to their dietary restrictions and needs. Our administrators were very happy with the presentation, food and drink options, and the professionalism shown by The Ross Caterers and we will most definitely be using them again as well as refer this cater to others.
