I absolutely loved my time at The Haven. My therapist helped me through some tough times in my life. I’m such a better person now mentally. I just wish I could’ve continued even to this day I miss having sessions with her. But overall she was there when I needed her most.
My wife and I had been looking for a therapist for a while. When we interviewed The Haven Center (India Simms) we knew she was a great fit for us. She's very easy to talk to, she listens and interprets very well, she also gives homework, things you need to do for your relationship, and this was extremely helpful. We have not seen India in several months because The Haven Center stopped taking our health insurance, (this was heart breaking to us) otherwise we still would be seeing India! If I could we would give India 5 stars and The Haven Center 4 stars because they stop taking our insurance.
The environment here is very welcoming and India is amazing. She has worked with me individually as well as with my wife & I jointly. If you are looking for a person and a place to help you on your therapy journey this is the place.
Honestly, this is a great practice! India is culturally aware and it helps to have someone that understands my background so that we can get to the meat of what's happening! 😁
