We hosted our daughter's college graduation dinner at the Grand Ballroom and was extremely impressed with the venue's design, open floorplan, and staff. The team handling the booking process was attentive and helpful with all of our concerns and questions. We used their in-house caterer for our event, and my family gave great reviews on the dishes we chose. Overall, our event was a success, and we highly recommend using The Grand Ballroom for your next event. One thing that Google Maps may help with is recalibrating the access point to the venue. A few guests got lost finding the venue entrance door, and we had to redirect them to a separate landmark. It's not a huge inconvenience, but it's good to know for the future.
My goodness! Where do I begin?! My husband and I chose to have our wedding (ceremony and reception) at the Grand Ballroom and were thoroughly satisfied and wowed by the outcome and services received. Natasha, the owner, and her team were excellent! I cried during the reveal because of how enchantingly beautiful the place looked. Every piece of linen, floral arrangement and other accents were put meticulously together to create a masterpiece. We also utilized their event planning and catering services. My husband, our guests and I were catered to with respect, organization and the food was on point. My matron of honor remarked that the salmon was one of the best she had ever tasted. Overall we were extremely satisfied and thrilled and will definitely use the Grand Ballroom again.
The facility and customer service are awesome. We used their catering service for heavy appetizers and the food was excellent. When using the bar services, the customer service was excellent; however, it was extremely difficult getting recommendations for how much alcohol was needed. They actual charge $50 for this list! There was no opportunity to decrease the number of guest at the 30 day final count.
The grand ballroom is beautiful all by itself! With the help of my planner she was able to come up with an elegant setting for my baby shower.
Loved talking with the staff here. They are very knowledgeable and bale to give advice during the planning process. The hall is BEAUTIFUL even without decor, spacious and a huge plus that the parking garage is across is free.99 24/7. Thank you Natasha for being patient and answering all our questions!
