I ordered carry out, the turkey wing platter, Mac and cheese and yams. The food was good. However, for $20, I’d expect more than one turkey wing. No one gives one turkey wing! I’ll continue going to my other spot. The pic is just one wing folded to look like two meaty portions.
Our food was delicious and worth every cent. We will definitely visit again.
I ordered barbque chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, and sweet potato cornbread. The plate was delicious, everything was seasoned to perfection, but the star of the show was the sweet potato cornbread. It tastes like sweet potato pie and cornbread had a baby. I will be back to try the crab stuffed salmon. Definitely try this place great food wonderful staff. Well people I went back to try the salmon. One word Heaven. I was able to wait long enough to get a picture this time. Ya'll have to try this place!
Even though they ran out of what I originally wanted to order I’m glad I got to try their fried shrimp basket. The shrimp were big and the fries were homemade and plentiful. We also tried the taste this Hennessy salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus and that was delicious too.
The front desk was friendly but the waiting time was extremely long. As a foreigner to taste the soul food I think they are trying their best to make delicious food. However this is not my preferred style but I still appreciate for your efforts. To be honest the sweet potato is so sweet that I cannot have one bite and also the chicken I ordered should be spicy but it is actually plain…..
