I’ve been get my hair style by the over for years and it’s always been an amazing experience. The shop has different women own stylist from sew in all the way to lashes. Friendly environment. Up to date equipment. Reasonable prices.
I placed an order in march 5th 2023 with a total of $407. Still no hair and we are in Aug! I chose the delivery option but for some reason i kept getting emails about pick up times(i do not live in Baltimore). I reached out time and time again. I called, i texted, i dm’d and got no response. I just gave up and decided to dispute the transaction because clearly i wasn’t getting my hair. I’m just disappointed because I’m a long time LOYAL customer and I never thought this would happen to me despite the other reviews but hey, here we are *shrugs*
My experience with Amanda has been nothing less then great I’ve been going to her since she was working in somebody else shop she has always been very sweet and professional. Also Never disappointed me once . I’ve always loved my hair she takes pride in what she do this is why her work have grown tremendously and she was able to be her own boss 😌 keep going up baby I appreciate you 💕
0 stars this business is stealing money having sales to never fill the orders and keeping people money telling them to file a dispute to get there money back for the owner to contest it and you out of your oder and money why do I have to sue you go threw all this crazy stuff just stop scamming
I have been going to Amanda for years, I drive for more than an hour to go do my hair and she has never disappointed me. She is professional and kind not only that she is sensitive to her clients. If she get an experience that is not what you expect talk to her, you will get your problem solve. I follow her from Baltimore and will keep using her.
