Stylist:Brittany- Went here off a recommendation; did not like how my daughter’s hair turned out, based on the picture I provided. My daughter stated she did not like her hair when we were leaving and the concierge lady made suggestions saying the style did not look good and the stylist could have curled the ends of her braids, etc. Told the stylist I didn’t like it, she told me to come back later, when I called to confirm the style she said she thought about it and she’s not going to do it. She also mentioned the concierge came to her suite saying I was convincing my daughter to not like the style, which was not true, the concierge gave her opinion about the style but was not asked her opinion at all. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Will not be going back nor will I recommend this place to ANYBODY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE especially not before the 1st day of school.
They helped me out when another retailer at a different store was a no show! A woman took me for braids as a walk in, so kind. She was very personable. I love salontra, they’re super reliable. Thank u!!
SUCH A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! I drove from Catonsville MD for this awesome experience. Keeping in mind that these are students, I kept a level head and open mind. I went for a full service Mani/Pedi with gel. My student was Sol pronounced "Soul". She was kind, attentive, very accommodating, and I called my sister in West Philadelphia and convinced her to come to my house and come up for the same service. The entire time I was being serviced by Sol, I was watching hair stylist, Alexa. She was servicing a senior like me and she also had thin short hair. Alexa was using a razor and cutting shears and was really doing an excellent job. So much so, I booked an appointment for today and will be going back again today for a perm, shampoo, conditioner, cut, and, style. I'll keep you posted and this will probably be the first time I take a pic with my share. So I'll keep you posted... ELI
When I go to the beauty shop, everyone is so nice and helpful. My stylist is very efficient at her job. Deontrae Lucas can do whatever style you want, she can do. That day I was in and out.♥️
I saw Valerie Lambert in Suite 21. She was professional and cared about my hair. It's hard to find a beautician who still cares about the health of your hair and not just the latest trends. I highly recommend.
