I was excited to eat at a plant-based/vegan spot during my day trip to Baltimore that we waited outside for them to open. Unfortunately, I was let down. The decor of the restaurant was simple and cute, the art on the walls was probably made by a local artist, and there were many vases full of freshly cut flowers. You have to place your order using a kiosk, which is normally alright with me. However, the inconsistencies with the allergen labeling were a source of irritation for me. I even asked an employee to verify and was met with some attitude/annoyance. I know how to read and clearly needed to know information that was obviously missing/unclear. We ordered the loaded Mac, quesadiilla, cheesesteak with a side of Mac and a Buffalo chicken salad with vegan ranch and a lemonade and an apple juice. Apparently, the Mac and cheese was voted Baltimores best, but it left us very unsatisfied. It was too goopy/overcooked and lacked flavor. All I remember tasting was black pepper. I think this spot has great potential, but they need to incorporate more gluten-free options. Even their fries are not gluten-free, which is concerning. They sell merchandise and have a little bar which is cool I guess. Overall, I feel very meh about this spot. I won't visit again.
Incredible food and service. Three of us went and ordered a ton of food and everything we got was amazing. I especially recommend the fish sandwich and mac and cheese and fried shrimp. The staff was really nice too!
Love me some them. It’s always a great experience here. The staff is sweet and friendly. The chef has a smile that will brighten a room and the food is delicious! It’s a win win for me!
Ordered Doordash and ended up with the worst meal I had while in Baltimore. I was looking forward to it based on the reviews, but what was delivered was a huge disappointment (see pictures). Maybe you just have to eat in to have a good experience...
So yummy! I had a Beyond Burger with fries and everything was fresh and delicious. The burger had a nice, crispy grilled finish and I washed it all down with a delicious, homemade watermelon juice! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and they even have vegan cocktails. I can't wait to go back and try more menu items!
