I really am impressed with the office and will be making them my dentist moving forward. Dr. Martin attention to detail is amazing and he really helped me with learning new oral hygiene pointers that I never have heard before. I will recommend this office to anybody.
I scheduled an appointment on the website for my children. There were no disclosures listed on the website regarding scheduling. My daughter attends high school across the street from the school and is currently enrolled in college. Last year my daughter was recommended for more frequent appointments. I asked the dentist if she would be able to come without me after school for her appointments and was told she could. Today, the front desk staff told her that she nor her brother would be seen. The children each own their own insurance policies which the business has never had an issue processing. When asked about the reason for denial of service, I was shocked to hear that the children would be assessed a $100 fee for a missed appointment. Moral of the story, do not patronize a business that fails to disclose details on the mediums to which they accept business. Response to the response from the owner: The business did not try to call me multiple times. My child called me and I spoke directly with the front desk staff. Again, when responses are deflective that is a red flag to not patronize the business. The State of Maryland have strict guidelines to protect consumers. Disclosures are not optional. I have read several reviews with others having the same experience. The Office of Attorney General will be your best course of action. Customer Service is important. Proper business practices are even more important. The business is liable for their failure to disclose.
I highly recommend Dr Phillip Martin dental care. Quality Dental is the right name for this office. Very clean and friendly. The small office feels like family next door. Dr Martin experiences and advice is on point. My family will make this our go to dental care office.
Dr. Martin’s efficiency and time management are out of this world! I never have to wait, he doesn’t overbook and have to juggle between patients. My teeth always feel amazing when I leave. He is also personable and easy to talk to!
Dr. Martin has been a breath of fresh air that I desperately needed. I had let my dental care slip during Covid and saw a few providers before Dr. Martin that seemed like they wanted to take all my money. Dr. Martin was able to explain everything I needed done, explain why, answered whatever I needed along the way. I just needed someone to talk to me like a human and not like I was another dollar. I've recommended him to my family already after just a few visits.
