I had my son's 18th birthday party here and it was beyond what I could have imagined. What was meant for teenagers ended up being a great time for adults as well-- some joined in the gaming fun and others mingled in other rooms enjoying the awesome decor which was part of a reasonably priced package, listening to music, and/or conversing with other adults that they knew or just met. Our gaming host, Jamil, was extremely accommodating and the kids were grateful for his assistance with getting set up on the games. Also, did I mention there were at least four different gaming systems going on at one time? I am considering coming back for my son's graduation celebration. Thank you all for making this a memorable occasion :)
What a disappointing experience. He called up two hours before my son's birthday party started and told us his truck had broken down so he would not make the party. Guess what, the 17 kids had a blast just playing games in our basement so I guess no need for the expense. I gave him time to give me a refund instead of disputing the credit card charge. Wish I had just disputed it because when I called for a refund he yelled at me when I asked why my refund was reduced $14 by a merchant fee through PayPal. Very unpleasant.
I threw my son a surprise 16th birthday party at Partygame USA in October. This place was amazing!!! My son, who is also on the Autism Spectrum, and his friends had a great time. The staff allowed them to control the lights and volume of the games to meet there comfort levels and the kids went wild over the large array of games and gaming stations available. The adults were also comfortable as there is plenty of space both on the inside and out. The ownership and staffing were wonderful and I will certainly be coming back.
We reserved the game truck, moonbounce and party room for my sons 8th birthday party and everyone ( children and adults) had a blast. The staff was professional and accomodating. The decorations were well thought out and fit the theme perfectly. There was indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. This was the perfect place for our son and his friends who love video games to celebrate. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making my sons day so memorable.
It was such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly they set up was amazing the kids had such a great!! I will for sure do this again!
