Really great experience, dental hygienist, Hope was super knowledgeable and explained what she was doing along the way. Dr. G was friendly, prompt and thorough. Only downfall is how far out appointments book out, both for new patients and for recurrent visits for 6mo check-ins. However, they do make a concerted effort to get you in sooner as quick as possible. Overall, I would recommend!
I highly recommend Dr.Goitom. She is truly a wonderful dentist who consistently goes above and beyond in her patients. One of the things I appreciate most about her is that time she takes to explain everything. Before starting any procedure, she always makes sure I understand what she’s about to do, which really puts me at ease and makes me feel involved in my own dental health. Her patients, expertise, and dedication to clear communication make each visit a positive experience. I feel fortunate to have found such an excellent dentist. Thank you Dr. Goitom!
Amazing and refreshing welcome. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to work with me. They took their time to explain and do everything. Professional and pleasant.
Great experience. Dr. Goitom is great and the staff is also wonderful. Beautiful office state of art office and spotless. The music was contemporary gospel and it was awesome also. I just wish that appointments were available sooner rather than about 4-6 months out. But I will return. I just have to wait.
Today was my first visit with the lovely, knowledgable, courteous, respectful Dr. Liya Goitom. She explained the whole procedure to me, as well as advised me about what to expect. The staff was great to deal with from the time of my first telephone call to make the appointment until I walked out of the office. All in all, I give Pearl Smiles Dental 5/5. Keep up the excellent work ladies.
