Working in a setting with other hard working people seems to breed a level of focus that I don’t experience when working from home. This is exactly what I experienced at unconventional coworking at Open Door Concept led by Jasmine. Although we were all coming from different fields with different goals for the session, we were able to stay on task, help each other and ultimately we all completed the tasks that we set out to do that day. I was then able to face the rest of my weekend with a sense of ease that allowed me freedom from my computer and guilt of lingering tasks.
The Unconventional Coworking is really supportive offering for someone with ADHD like me. I appreciated the accountability and the chunks of working time. I felt good about what I was able to complete during our time. There are also multiple work style stations-tables and a couch. I used both during our time. I would definitely do it again.
I attended the Unconventional Coworking session and I really enjoyed intentionally working on my passion project in community with like-minded creatives and entrepreneurs also working on their passion projects. The space is beautiful but still suitable to actually get work done. If you're looking for a coworking experience that brings you energy, productivity, inspiration, and community, check out Unconventional Coworking at Open Door Concept.
Open Door was the perfect space for my brand content shoot. Jasmine was a pleasure to work with and she truly went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. I will definitely rent this space again in the future!
This is an amazing place!! In a great location in Washington DC that is peaceful each time I visit, plus plenty of street parking options. The process to use the space is made simple by the great ownership. And the events held there, like the Unconventional CoWorking, lend well to the space. Look forward to coming back!
