Will never stay here again. The staff is rude. Wanted to kick us out because “smoke smell” but wouldnt enter the room to check. Police were called because the lady owner wouldnt allow me to close my door to change and pack while im unclothed. Asked her name wouldnt give it. UNPROFESSIONAL. got a non smoking room and it smelt stale. Mold on the roofs in the bathroom. DO NOT BOOK HERE!
Do NOT stay at this place. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for more money. The first room they put me in had a door they wouldn't lock and when I asked for another room they put me in one that had not been vacuumed. They said they couldn't vacuum the room, because I checked in early and they didn't have time to clean it. The TV was also literally was held together with tape.
Horrible experience. The room wasn't what I booked online. I booked a king bed for my two sisters who came from vacation. The front desk refused to reimburse me. He asked me to request it online. Nothing happened. I left, but They never returned me any money back to my card.
Regret having a reservation here the very first night. I arrived and the women at the counter was extremely rude for no reason. Seems like she’s juggling multiple things for no reason when she had another employee right next to her trying to help her. I get my room and there was 3 cigarettes burns on the comforter. The furniture is outdated and damaged also the bed is just the metal rails with the headboard not even attached. At night there are long term residents who do not stop talking at all. I’m pretty sure I got a haunted room as the hairdryer fell out of nowhere in the middle of the night and I also found all the bathroom towels on the floor. My brother arrived the next day as he is helping me move to Alexandria and we stayed there for the price. He was received with the same attitude from the woman when he asked a simple parking question. His room was worse than mine. The people living in the room next to his slammed the door all night and were loud in the walkway. The area is great for the bars and restaurants but I feel whoever is in charge is just taking advantage of the location. Also they have regulars at the inns pub who are extremely obnoxious Two stars just because of the location
I was booked for two nights at this hotel (May 10-11, 2023) and when I arrived, it was CLOSED! Apparently, the city of Manassas bought the place and closed it down permanently. Do not book a room here!
