My little sisters and I came here due to its locality and convenience. If it were not for those two reasons, we would have left a very long time ago. There have been issues with making appointments, confirming appointments (on their end), problems with validating my up-to-date insurance, and a lot of attitude from the front desk and staff. Not to mention, the overwhelming pain that my little sisters went through during their teeth cleaning. After vocalizing it to the front desk to be less rough and in request for a more gentle experience, they continued to leave each appointment sore and hurting. There are plenty of places that will consider you as a human being and offer decent customer service. This is not one of them.
The entire staff has been professional and friendly to me during all oy my visits. Dr. Forbes and Ms. London are exceptional professionals and I trust them completely with my dental care. I highly recommend this office! Evan Pilling
Very nice office staff! They were very helpful with my insurance coverage.
I stopped coming here over a year ago after having THREE negative experiences with their staff. The dentists themselves are wonderful but they cannot make up for the way this office is run. First of all, they stopped fully accepting my insurance without telling me so I started receiving checks in the mail despite paying what I thought was the full amount after my appointments. Second of all, the front desk employees were incredibly rude. They claimed I needed a work on my teeth that my dentist and I never discussed, and were quite pushy when I told them I couldn’t afford to schedule an appointment at that time. The third and final time I went I was harassed by the financial staff after my insurance expired. I was trying to pay with my mother’s credit card but because she wasn’t there to confirm the use of the card they had an entire conversation with the front row staff about how I came across as ‘shady’ and ‘untrustworthy’… rather than do their job and see that the card was on my file. (as later proven when they called and checked with my mother) After being a patient there for over 5 years I have no interest in ever going back.
All in one stop! Cleaning, root canal, extractions! Staff is kind and helpful!
