I gave her my wedding gown on Jun 21 for alterations she asked me for $350 I send it to her by Zelle the same day $200 she said I will try on the gown 3 times before she finishes the alteration but every day I keep called her for the first trying on she always changes the date. My wedding is on September 11. I was there yesterday on August 22 for the first trying on because she gave me the appointment but she's never started my gown so I took my gown and asked for my money she said she will send it by zelle too before at the end of the day. Now it is 4 am I could not sleep. Also, I order another gown but I canceled that one before my cancellation, I paid for that too $200 by zelle she said yesterday at August 22nd she will send me back all my money the total is $400 I need my money to pay in another place for the alteration. Nikki Bridal I need my money back it is so hard to work that money 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 and my wedding is on 2weeks

The customer service here is very lacking. I paid a deposit for a dress for a wedding I was attending. The appointment was made by the brides sister who contacted me for the initial fitting. I decided not to attend the wedding but waited to be contacted by the dressmaker I paid my deposit to and it never happened. The sister of the bride told Nikki or Donna or whatever her name is that I was “messy” therefore the dressmaker felt no need to reach out to me about a dress I paid her a deposit for. She then tells me well, I can make the dress and try to sell it. Ma’am, did you make the dress or not? And what about my fabric that I also provided to you? You’re keeping that as well? Completely unprofessional. I asked her what the recourse was? She stayed that the dress had not been made yet but I wouldn’t get a refund because the dress had been made. She gives me scammer vibes, be very cautious spending your money here. Who takes a deposit and then NEVER reaches out to the person about a dress for a specific event and date? Shameful business practices! Be very careful!

Beware! This business owner is dishonest. She knowingly sold my daughter a dress that is damaged (missing a gem on the tie). My daughter who is 18, didn’t see the missing gem. When I pointed it out to my daughter she said that Nikki told her the tie gets tucked in. That’s a lie, the tie would look silly tucked in. She only told her that because she knew the gem was missing. I just called and asked her did she know the gem was missing and she said yes. So I told her my daughter should have been given a discount for a damaged dress. She told me I can return it. It it weren’t for the fact that my daughter is in a time crunch and really needs this dress it would be returned today! But as many people other reviews mentioned, she has bad business practices. Avoid patronizing this business if you want honesty.

I was very disappointed with this company. I paid a deposit for Donna to make my daughter's prom dress and then Covid happened. I contacted her on August 15 and she said myself and another cusotmer did not pick up our dresses and she would sell the dress and return my deposit. It has been over a year and a half and I have contacted her every time she has asked, but to date she has not returned my deposit or the dress.

I am very disappointed in this company. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for a sunday appointment because their policy states that they are open by appointment only on Sundays. Only to be completely inconvenience and having all my bridesmaids come from various locations in the DMV to find that Nikki's was closed at my appointment time. Doors locked, lights out and no one answering the phone. I left several messages and of course no one has called me back. They'll never get my business. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.
