Reserved an SUV and then a sedan for trips to and from the airport (Columbia to BWI). Amazing service everytime we use them. We've had the pleasure in having Mr Orlando to be our driver on our last two trips with them. On time, text messaging informing us of his location AND estimated time of arrival. He also text and called us prior to review our flight itinerary in case of any possible delays from the airline. We felt as though he cared for our well being as if we were a family member. The vehicles are always clean, with complimentary waters and breath mints. Very courteous, kind, professional and pleasant. I would recommend them.for any trip to the airport or special occasion. Can't wait to use them again!!
